Exit Interviews

All employees leaving the employment of Central College need to have an exit interview with the Office of Human Resources. At such time arrangements for final pay are to be made.  The following items must be returned to the college at the time of the exit interview: identification card (retirees may keep their ID cards), keys, employee handbook, pager, cell phone, college credit cards, any monies due to the college, and other college property. COBRA and other fringe benefits relative to termination of employment will be explained in full; and if applicable, forwarding address and telephone number should be provided to the Office of Human Resources.
