5.1 Management Committees

Definitions:

Management Committees: Faculty committees devoted to enriching academic programs through faculty development, assessment, and advisory contributions to directors and associate deans.

Ex-Officio members: Persons who are named members of a committee by virtue of their position rather than by election or appointment shall have a voice and a vote in committee matters. In those matters when the committee votes to make a recommendation to theex-officiomember, theex-officiomember will not have a vote.

Student representatives: Representatives selected by Student Senate who shall have a voice but not a vote in committee matters.
